Even though you may have been wronged, holding resentment inside is not doing YOU any good. It will only restrict your growth, peace and serenity.
It is equally important to forgive yourself. Accept your human fraility and our inherent nature to make mistakes.
Rest assured, if a loved one has passed into the spirit world they wish nothing more for you than peace and love. They have forgiven you, but you must forgive yourself.
