Forgiveness and Grief
Forgiveness and grieving are very important for spiritual health. It is necessary to allow ourselves to experience these emotions.

Even though you may have been wronged, holding resentment inside is not doing YOU any good. It will only restrict your growth, peace and serenity.

It is equally important to forgive yourself. Accept your human fraility and our inherent nature to make mistakes.

Rest assured, if a loved one has passed into the spirit world they wish nothing more for you than peace and love. They have forgiven you, but you must forgive yourself.

In memory of 9-11-01. This cross was formed during the collapse of the World Trade Center, and was not man-made. Terrorism is not the answer. May we pray for love in the hearts of all.
Grieving is necessary to move on and get through some difficult issues in our life. It doesn't necessarily have to be only the loss of a loved one. It can be the loss of a job, a relationship, a pet or anything in your life that you have developed an attachment to. Please seek out a grief counselor, or read up on the subject. The release you experience will be tremendous.
